When will my order be shipped?
Preorder shipping will begin in September. It will take us several weeks to work through all the orders. We are unable to give individual timeframes but you will receive an email notification and tracking details when your order is on the way. Please allow 24hours for tracking to update.
Can you combine orders for shipping?
Sorry we cannot combine orders for shipping. It is very time consuming tracking down individual order sheets and holds us up getting orders out.
My order has arrived & I have a query?
When you order arrives please open within 24hours and if you are unsure about anything please take a photo if needed and email us with you query at mountmerabotanical@gmail.com, please include your order number.
