This season we will offer a small number of extra plants for sale as they are available.

A pot tuber is a cutting grown for one season in a small pot. They have formed a clump of tubers which are now sprouting. They will need to be removed from the pot and planted as usual.

Plants will grow & flower in the first season and given the right conditions will produce tubers for the following season. 

Plants are either grown from a cutting or tuber, are well established and hardened off before shipping. Some may have been pinched to manage size.

As much as possible we use bio control methods for plant pests. From time to time there may be the odd nibble or mark on leaves. We see this as part of nature and will not affect the overall health of plants.

Tubers can be ordered and shipped with plants.

If you are North Island based we will only ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays.
